Contains a couple of fixes for sql server update.

Build 31, log set 6

Reorganized logging for efficiency by introducing new log methods that allows java based string formatting as opposed to explicit concatenation of strings by clients of these log methods.

Converted all "log" methods to "info", "warn", etc.

Most places are fixed to use formattable strings.
