Treatment


stop activity
take to a cooler place
mist the body
remove the tight clothes
drink water
drink gatorade
drink, even a litle, if nauseated

This ensures the kid is not dehydrated. So continue to give the kids liquids until then.

My son took perhaps 2 days to recover

not sure how long even the mild exhaustion effects last. But my son seem to take a couple of days to recover the energy level.
