3. Large onion

4. Can of Spinach

4. Peeled Garlic cloves

Process


1. Olive oil
2. Onions
3. Garlic cloves

Saute a bit all of them

4. Drain spinach and add to pot
5. Close lid and medium heat

Meanwhile Defrost Okra

6. Add Okra
7. Add turmeric
8. mix
9. Simmer on medium for 5 minutes

Now add Tomato sauce

10. Add tomato sauce
11. mix
12. Add salt and cayenne pepper
13. Mix
14. low for 20 minutes
