What is in the pantry

1. Large(r) Can of Atlantic Red (preferred) or Pink salmon

2. Can of Tomato Sauce

3. Can of Black beans

4. Can of Beets

Condiments

1. Peeled Garlic cloves

2. Onion

3. Turmeric

4. Salt

5. (may be) Cayenne pepper

6. Olive oil

Process


1. Oil
2. Onion
3. Garlic cloves

Then

4. De-vine Salmon bones and gently mash with hand
5. Add it to pot
6. Drain black beans and add to pot
7. Drain beats cut them a bit and add to pot
8. Add tomato sauce

Then

9. add turemeric, salt
9. mix
10. Low/medium for 20 minutes
11. Mix a few times in the middle.
