One drive space can be shared between shared subscribers on MS 365 account
I have 6 people on the account
Send the share via an email
Receiver will accept the invitation
This will automatically increase the default 5G space on the receivers laptop
Having problems with space on Onedrive may cause issues with windows updates including an install of windows 11
Once the onedrive space is fixed this way, it make take sometime for all the errors on the computer to go away
These synching errors often shows up as X (cross) icons on the desktop (because those items are not synched). Or in the file manager.

Briefly

Approximately 1GB of disc space is needed for each restore point. The range for recommended storage allocation was 2?10% of the total storage space. Something like 2% should be OK, around 20GB. The more you set up, the more restore points you keep in case something happens.
A system restore saves a copy of your hard drive in its current condition, so you can later restore your computer if necessary. Usually, you have to create these restore points manually. However, it can have an automatic mode. If it's a setting, try locating it and turning it off. I recommend going to the system restore settings and deleting them if you don't intend to use these.

Ok the story

In windows 11 all personal directories like Documents, photos, desktop, etc are all stored on OneDrive!!
Do not know if there is an option to cleanly say not to!
Not sure what the implications are.
One thing obviously is any pictures or movies imported from Cameras etc, are automatically synched to the cloud!! May put a heavy burden on the space requirements.
Also Office 365 default save seem to be to one-drive
