Add condiments if needed
(A tea spoon each, to the heated oil)
(Chenna dal, mustard seed, Gira, curry leaves, 2 full red peppers)
(5 to 10 seconds in the heated oil)
(I don't believe you will loose much with)
Add sliced onions (make them red - 2 to 3 minutes)
Add sliced green tomatoes (3 to 5 minutes)
Add stripped cauliflower
Add turmeric
Low heat, covered for 10 minutes
Add sliced Potato
Add 1/2 the can of kidney beans
Stir
10 minutes low heat covered
Stir salt and cayon pepper

A morsel of white rice
Or with plain roti
or by itself
Or Brown rice (not sure)

If you are used to eating meat often, a touch of kidney beans satisfies that meaty need, both emotional or perhaps the real craving of habit

They give a salty citric flavor to the cauliflower which otherwise a touch bland.
