Watch out for "so that"

I seem to use this phrase a lot. What is more appropriate? On reexamination I seem to replace this with "to"

For method calls and variables use the (code) tag and not the quotes

Atleast it is clear that, for variable names or any code related key words in running text use the (code) tag and not the quotes
