Speaker check-in will be in the Mt. Hood Room on the third
level at the Portland Downtown Marriott.  Hours are Sunday
night, 4pm to 8pm; daily, Monday through Thursday,
from 7:00am to 6:30pm; friday 7:00am to 1:30pm.

Rehearsals (an audio visual run through, not a full
rehearsal of your talk) will be available in the early
morning and during the lunch break for the tutorial
instructors on Monday and Tuesday.  We will also have some
time available in the evenings.  Please contact me if you
need to rehearse on Sunday evening.

Conference session speakers will have evening and morning
times available for A/V checks.  There will be a sign-up
sheet in the Speaker Lounge for the rehearsal times.  Sign
up early to get the time you prefer.
