How do you find what are remote views?

Any class that has the annotation

android.widget.RemoteViews;

is a remote view

How can I use eclipse to find these classes?

put an import on RemoteView interface
   Ex: import android.widget.RemoteViews.RemoteView;
highlight android.widget.RemoteViews.RemoteView
Right click
Go to References
Choose "in Project"
