Quinoa and Daal
Frozen Tuscan quinoa blend frozen (warmed up)
Daal (Trinidadian kind)
Avocado
Raw tomatoes
Lime
Home made pepper sauces (Trinidadian kind)
Raw onions

3 Bell peppers and Baked Salmon
400 degrees
20 minutes
Slice the peppers vertically in thin slices (all 3 kinds: yellow, red, green)
Some olive oil at the bottom
Dry rub (only) on the salmon
Same dry rub on peppers
You will get a nice crust and the peppers are surprisingly savory

Drumstick inspired 3 bean soup
Oil in a deep dish pan
Add fresh curry leaves (from indian store)
Few pieces of your chosen meat
Few minutes without the lid
add lots of onions
add lots of tomatoes
Add turmeric
close the lid, let them brown
Add red wine
Add Chicken broth
Add some hot water
Add drum sticks (easy to buy them frozen from indian stores)
Add lime
Add cilantro
Add salt (as you like)
Add 3 beans (or less) of your choice (black, gorbanzo, red: my fav being
gorbanzo)
Cook on low for 20 minutes
While eating: You can add your fav pepper sauce to spike
Add few more curry leaves
