- and gives it the ability to handle tasks end-to-end,
- including working with text documents and spreadsheets.
- The vast majority of Claude Cowork usage comes from outside engineering teams
- Importantly, functions like operations, marketing, finance, and legal are not handing Claude their core work, but rather the work that surrounds their most critical tasks ? project updates, collaboration decks, research sprints, etc.

Key ideas....
- Cowork sessions run in the cloud by default:
- the agent loop (harness) and code execution run on Anthropic's servers,
- and sessions and files are saved to the member's Claude account.
- Cloud execution is in beta and rolling out gradually across plans.
- Claude cloud execution can reach "designated folder" for local writes and reads via the Claude Desktop...
