Brown Rice, Veggies, and Fish that Kids like in less than 30 minutes!

Not a small crisis making meals that are even a bit considered healthy and still be in good graces with your young kids. I may have stumbled upon one after a decade of daily stumbles.

The Meal in Brief (45 minutes max)

Uncle Ben's Brown Rice in bag (Just need boiling for 12 minutes)
Yellow Squash
Sock Eyed Salmon
Lemon Butter Dill Flavored Seafood Sauce (I get this in Publix around here)

Addtional ingredients

Olive oil

Basic Idea

Boil the pre-cooked brown rice for 12 minutes, add olive oil and butter to the rice to your liking

Wash/Slice squash, zuccini, dowse in sauce, Bake for 30 minutes at 425

Wash/Dowse Tilapia and Salmon in sauce, add a few butter slices on top, Bake for 25 minutes at 425
