4986 Currying Salad Shrimp quickly

Defrost shrimp. Heat Canola oil in a pan. (Olive oil doesn't work as well with curry sauce). Saute onions to brown on medium high. Meanwhile, mix 4 table spoons of curry powder in a quarter to half cup of water. Add the curry/water mix to the sauteed onions. Reduce heat to medium. About 5 minutes for curry to turn a bit fried. Add defrosted shrimp to the pan. Keep the heat on medium. Take it out after 5 minutes. Don't overcook.
