4988 Butternut Squash

Better cooked in a deeper pot. Saute Onions (it is better if done in indian style). Add squash. Add a tea spoon of Tuermeric. Reduce heat to low. Cover the pot. Heat for 15 minutes. Mix. Heat for another 15 minutes at low heat. Mix. and Heat again until it is squashed. Add salt. Add Cayenne pepper (if you want it hot)
