Sauteed mushrooms

It is odd what a 1 year old likes. As of now the hands down favorite food of my 1 year old son is "Sauteed Mushrooms" that my wife cooks. He seem to chomp down an infinite supply of these. He seem to be OK since he has been doing this for a couple of weeks now. The baby food that I buy from a near publix, I must have thrown out more in the garbage than he ate.

Gather the following

Mushrooms
Olive Oil
Salt
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper
Butter
Classic Stir Fry from the House of Tsang

Prepare mushrooms

Wash and remove the stems. Cut them into half. Spice them with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Take it easy on the salt as the sauce that we are going to add letter has a salty base to it. Set them aside.

Cooking instructions

Place Olive oil in a skillet (pan) and sautee longly cut onions until they are red.

Place the prepared mushrooms into that pan

Place some butter (1 tb spoon) and cook the contents with out a lid for about 5 minutes or so.

Apply the classic stir fry from the House of Tsang on top of the mushrooms as if you are applying syrup.

Cook the contents for any additional 3 or 4 minutes
