White Onions
Olive oil
Adobo

Prepare shrimp
Place in water for defrosting for 15 minutes
Take off the tail
Dry them in a paper tower
Process
Thin long slice onions
Heat olive oil in a flat pan
Light to medium fry onions (4 to 5 mins)
Keep the heat high
Put shrimp
Turn shrimp every few seconds
After 2 to 3 minutes add all the spices
Turn shrimp for another 2 to 3 minutes
**Do not let the shrimp in there for more than 5 to 6 minutes**
The water content from onions and shrimp should go away by now
(The dish may still be moist enough)
